Is The MetalWood Bat approved for play in my league? The MetalWood Bat is approved for play at all amateur levels of baseball and softball. Depending on the league, it is either classified as a wood bat or non-wood bat.

How does the Warranty and Reconditioning Policy work? All MetalWood Bats come with a 60 day warranty. The warranty entitles any bat owner to the replacement or repair of their MetalWood Bat if it should break or otherwise suffer damage under normal batting conditions. Misuse or abuse to the wood barrel is not covered. Abusive activity includes, but is not limited to, any activity other than practicing or playing with the bat. The bat should be treated like a wooden bat in care and maintenance procedures. Beyond 60 days, MetalWood offers a one-time reconditioning service for your Bat for only $50. If you send them your bat, they will replace the barrel and provide you with a new grip and return it to you as good as new. They are the only wooden bat with this offer!
