A great training aid for baseball and softball players ages 8 and up, the Lite Flite machine simulates left and right handed curveballs, sliders and fastballs at speeds reaching 85 mph! It also teaches the fundamentals while removing the fear factor. It is a perfect training aid for backyard practice, youth leagues, and high school & college teams. Since its introduction in 2003, 98% of all JUGS Lite Flite machines are still in use - making it the longest lasting, least expensive machine of its kind!
I like how you can adjust the height and the speed of the pitching machine. it is help my 6 year old little girl .she was struggling but not now.really need some type of bag do care my machine in so I can transport it to the ball field.

Perfect in between machine
We played with this over 2 hours the day we rec'd it! It's user friendly, and does everything I want it to do. I have 12u, 10u and 8u players. It's a little finicky when changing speeds between the faster 12u speed to the 8u slower speed. It takes a few balls to get it lined up. I recommend the battery pack for field practice- just makes it so easy and it says it lasts 2-4 hours, which I decided to charge mine after 3, and it was working fine. I pack the entire machine and accessories up in a suitcase with wheels and take it to all practices for the teams. Last, I purchased 12 inch & 11 inch balls, thinking I would switch them for the different age girls. That wasn't necessary. 12 inch is referred to as ""softballs"" and 11 inch = ""baseballs"" It came with the feeder for both, but you do have to change the feeder to use each size ball. They are not interchangeable. 12 inch feeder using an 11 inch ball=slow grounder. Just an FYI. If you want a full 5 gallon bucket of balls, it takes 24 twelve inch balls.
