Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We are located in Moraga, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), but many items ship from warehouses across the country. We typically ship via Fedex, UPS and via USPS Priority Mail (some small items are shipped USPS first class). Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, shipping timing will vary by product. Wherever possible, we have included shipping timeframes on the product's detail page.

If you order multiple items, you may receive separate packages - often on separate days. We will email tracking #s to you once items have been shipped. Certain products will take longer than others. Please refer to the specific product's detail page for details. Orders shipped directly from our warehouse are usually shipped the same day or next day at the latest.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY: If you require faster than normal delivery, we encourage you to call us at (877) 300-0087 or email sales@hittingworld.com. We will do everything possible to try to accommodate your shipping requests.

HAWAII / ALASKA / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can ship most items to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada. Other countries are handled on a case-by-case basis. You will need to call us at (877) 300-0087 or email sales@hittingworld.com in order to get a shipping rate. We'll do our best to help you figure out the cheapest shipping method!

Returns, Warranties and Refunds

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy, with some exceptions. Returned items must be received within 30 days from the day the item was delivered. Items must be in new / re-sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise noted by Hitting World. If the return is due to a shipping error or product defect, we will cover return shipping costs.

Nearly all products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Wherever these policies are known, we provide the specifics on the product details page of our site. Please note that many wood bats do not include any such warranty. Many custom items (eg custom netting) cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect/error, incorrect shipment, or unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee.

On non-warranty returns (returned for any other reason, i.e. ordered by mistake), the product must be returned new - no usage - complete and in original packaging. In this case, a refund will only be issued after inspection on receipt of item. The refund amount will cover the item only. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have any additional questions on refunds and returns.

If paying by check or money order, please include your name, phone number and email address. We will send your shipment as soon as payment clears, and we will contact you to notify you of shipment date.

We also accept Purchase Orders from schools and Parks and Rec depts. For purchase orders, we require that you email us a copy of the official PO.
