Outstanding value! Not only a quality products, the customer service is also outstanding_ Bryan @ Hitting World was courteous and professional, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and friendly. The way customer service is supposed to work. You call, you get real person no voice prompts or message center stating we'll get back to you, hard to come by these days. Hitting World is your one-stop shop for all sport's needs! I ordered the Mound Yeti Pitching machine, including balls for our Sunday school req league_ arrived as stated, nice packaging no damage. This is a quality, welded, metal frame machine, build to last. Pitches perfect strikes every time, whether you're using the baseballs or softballs. I have tried both. My kids love this machine especially the girls for batting practice. Outstanding performance simple on/off speed control, easy one knob locking/unlocking feature allows for easy tilting to set up for any style practice, grounders or pop-fly's_ within seconds. This machine can pitch up to 65 mph with the dimples balls. If you're looking for a quality solid build machine for little league 6U thru 12U the Mound Yeti is the machine for you, look no further, you'll wish you had purchased sooner_
