Money Well Spent

This is an awesome teaching aid for someone who is not sure of the mechanics of hitting. My son and I sat down and he was able to analyse for himself what was wrong with the mechanics of his swing.

Excellent dvd! Very helpful!

very rational and easy to follow. Most dvds like this get too technical too quickly but Hudgens breaks it down to its basic elements. It is a great help for someone learning to bat or a veteran trying to get out of a slump. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks!
